Terms of Service
Last updated: June 1, 2026 — please read these terms carefully.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using WordCraft ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of WordCraft.
Description of service
WordCraft provides automated blog writing and scheduling services for WordPress websites. This includes AI content generation by our purpose-trained SEO AI, automatic SEO structuring, Yoast SEO optimization, and automated publishing to your connected WordPress site. The specific features available depend on your chosen plan.
Subscription terms
Plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Monthly plans are billed each month on your subscription date. Annual plans are billed once per year at a discounted rate. All plans include a free trial for new customers. Pricing is based on your selected plan tier and word count preference.
Payment and billing
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You authorize WordCraft to charge your selected payment method on your billing date. If payment fails, we will attempt to notify you and retry the charge. Accounts with overdue payments may be suspended until the balance is resolved. All prices are in USD.
Cancellation policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support. Upon cancellation, your WordPress access is revoked immediately and no further content is scheduled. All fees already paid are non-refundable — including the current billing period and prepaid annual plans — because content is researched, written, and delivered on an ongoing basis. Any posts already published or delivered remain yours to keep.
WordPress access and integration
The Service requires admin-level WordPress access to function. You grant WordCraft permission to configure Yoast SEO settings, create and schedule blog posts, and manage your blog section. We do not modify your theme, plugins, or non-blog content. You may revoke access at any time by cancelling your subscription or contacting support.
Content ownership
You retain full ownership of all content published through the Service. WordCraft claims no intellectual property rights over the content we help you create. You may use, modify, or remove the content at any time, even after cancelling your subscription.
Acceptable use — one site per subscription
Each subscription connects to a single website, and a connection key is permanently bound to the first site it is used on. Creating multiple accounts to connect the same website, sharing or reselling connection keys, or otherwise attempting to receive more content than your plan provides is prohibited and may result in suspension or termination without refund. If you legitimately need to move your subscription to a different site, contact support and we will reset the connection for you.
Data retention
We retain the content we produce for you along with the records associated with your account. We do not delete delivered blog posts or account data on request. Published content lives on your own site under your control, and you may edit or remove it there at any time. Account data is retained as needed to operate the Service and meet our legal obligations.
Free trial and attribution
New customers receive a free trial that includes one complimentary blog post (seven posts for nonprofits, hospitals, and military-affiliated organizations). Free-trial posts published to your site include a small WordCraft attribution link ("This article was crafted by WordCraft") appended to the post. This attribution is added only to free-trial content — every post published under a paid plan is delivered without any WordCraft branding, watermark, or backlink. You are free to remove the attribution at any time, and it is omitted entirely once you start a paid subscription.
Limitation of liability
WordCraft provides the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties regarding specific SEO results, traffic increases, or revenue generation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WordCraft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Service level and uptime
We strive for 99.9% platform uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. WordCraft is not liable for content scheduling delays caused by WordPress platform issues, plugin conflicts, or third-party service disruptions.
Prohibited uses
You agree not to use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws. This includes publishing content that infringes on intellectual property rights, contains harmful code, or violates WordPress's terms of service. We reserve the right to terminate accounts found violating these provisions.
Termination
WordCraft reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these terms, non-payment, or conduct that we determine may harm our platform or other users. We will provide notice where possible. Upon termination, your WordPress access is revoked and data is handled per our privacy policy.
Changes to terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The current version will always be available at wordcraftautopilot.com/terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.
