Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, including your name, email address, company name, website URL, and payment information when you sign up for our services. We also collect information about your WordPress site configuration necessary for integration, limited to what is required for content scheduling and SEO configuration.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our blog writing and scheduling services. This includes publishing content to your WordPress site according to your preferences, optimizing content with Yoast SEO, and communicating with you about your account, billing, and support requests. We do not use your content or data to train models or for any purpose beyond delivering our service.
Data storage and security
All data is stored on US-based servers using AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 encryption in transit. We implement industry-standard access controls, monitoring, and security practices to protect your information. WordPress credentials are encrypted and can be revoked instantly at any time through your dashboard or by contacting support.
Information sharing
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to provide our service (e.g., payment processing via Stripe) or as required by law. We never share your content, business data, or WordPress credentials with any third party for any purpose including model training, marketing, or analytics.
Data retention
We retain your account information for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days after cancellation, after which it is permanently deleted. Content published to your WordPress site remains on your site under your control. You may request complete deletion of your data at any time by contacting support.
Your rights (GDPR)
If you are a resident of the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, correct, update, or request deletion of your personal information. You also have the right to data portability and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, please contact us at privacy@wordcraftautopilot.com. We will respond to your request within 30 days.

We also use analytics cookies to understand how our website is used and improve your experience. You can control cookie settings through your browser preferences. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.
