One Scheduler, Three Platforms: How We Drip-Publish Everywhere

The WordCraft Team·June 12, 2026·4 min read

Search engines reward freshness and consistency. A queue of 30 posts published all at once does far less than 30 posts published one a day. That's the idea behind our "storehouse" scheduler.

The problem with native scheduling

WordPress can schedule a future post natively. Shopify and BigCommerce don't make batch scheduling easy. So instead of relying on each platform, we queue every post in one place and publish it when it's due.

One cron, many destinations

A scheduled job runs continuously, finds posts that are due, and dispatches each to the right publisher — the WordPress REST API, the Shopify Admin API, or the BigCommerce Blog Posts API — mapping every field correctly and attributing the post to your brand.

Reliable by design

If a publish fails, the post is marked and retried — nothing silently disappears. The result: a steady stream of fresh content on whatever platform you run, without you lifting a finger.
